Vessel Cleaning
Moran is highly experienced in cleaning of tanks aboard vessels, and holds all necessary permits to accomplish the work in accordance with USCG requirements.

Moran routinely provides the following:

	bilge and slop tank pump outs
	fuel tank cleanings
	emergency product transfers

All marine transfers are conducted under Moran's Mobile Transfer Facility (MTF) permits, issued by USCG.

In addition, Moran provides decontamination services at several locations in support of government - directed vessel decommissioning projects, including:

	US Navy's Sink-Ex Program
	MARAD's decommissioning

Under these programs, Moran Environmental Recovery provides tank cleaning, asbestos abatement and hazardous material removal to vessels prior to their disposition.
